CLASS LEVELS


When choosing a class to take, please use the following guidelines to make sure that the class fits your skill level. Getting in over your head, will only be frustrating and lead to an unpleasant quilting experience. Quilting should be a fun and enjoyable hobby.

B - Beginner - Little or no experience
AB - Advanced beginner – Experience with rotary cutter, ¼” seams & have made 2-3 quilts
I - Intermediate - Comfortable with cutting & piecing basic quilt patterns. Ready for new challenges

 

 

SUPPLIES TO BRING TO CLASS


Sewing machine in good working order, DON’T FORGET THE POWER CORD
Rotary cutter, rulers, cutting mat
Scissors, pins, thread, seam ripper, bobbins
Paper & pencil for taking notes
Pattern (book), fabric, ¼” foot, walking foot & supplies needed for that particular class

CCQ REGISTRATION POLICES


1. Pre-registration is required for all classes and events. Class size is limited so sign up soon. Full payment is required at the time you sign up. You will receive a supply list for the classes you sign up for at this time.
2. You must cancel at least one week prior to class to receive a refund. No Exceptions.
3. Please, no children under age 15 remember this is your time.
4. You will receive a 15% discount when you purchase the supplies needed for class so please let us know that you are purchasing class supplies.
5. If you make a purchase at the time of a class you have registered for you will also receive a 15% discount.

 

 

QUILTING CLASSES

Most projects ARE NOT completed in the allotted class time, unless stated in the description. Although, when you have completed the class, you will have learned the skills to be able to easily complete them at home. Also, some classes will require some homework in between the classes
