Styled after a favorite long, half apron favored by chefs and waitstaff, the Bistro Quarters apron can be created in three ways: reversible using two 1 yd. fabrics, reversible with four fat quarters on one side and one fabric on the back, and the vintage tablecloth version with the option of reversibility.
